OUR TEAM
Todd is a natural entrepreneur with many years of experience in manufacturing, distribution and team building. Todd takes pride in relationships, quality products and following through. His motto is to have Integrity, be efficient, and pay attention to detail.
As a cancer survivor, Todd believes in a balance of life and business. He maintains a healthy lifestyle by spending time with his family, working with community partners and competing in different fitness competitions throughout the country.

Maurisa is an educator by trade spending 20 years as a college professor. As co-owner and COO Maurisa brings structure and organization to XCS with her expertise in finance and leadership,
She has a B.A. from Texas Tech University, M.A. University of Texas at Dallas, M.B.A. Candidate Tarleton State University. Maurisa enjoys volunteering with our community partners, participating in family activities, and being by the water.
